So after looking through my Jeep for it, and turning up empty handed, I texted the dealership asking where the wo down sticker was for mm u Jeep as it had my name on it and I wanted it as a keepsake...... Apparently it was most likely to have been tossed out during the PDI..... No chance of recovery. .

It wasn’t your Jeep to begin with. They sold your jeep 3 weeks ago [to me, remember? ] and gave you one from dealer stock after they realized what happened.

It works for me with my VIN, but it doesn't show up with my name on it, just a regular vin for the most part.
