MT's could have made it... But yeah, it was a bit slick that day and I couldn't get any climb. Only creeped the front right to where I would have dropped a tire off a drop that would have rolled me for sure. Any other day I'd have got up it without issue.

The old cattle cars - now there was (I hope past tense) "safe" mode of transportation. I mean what could go wrong jamming 50 or more Marines standing in the back of a trailer connected to a cab with nothing to hold on to other than overhead bars and the poles that held them up.

The one recovery I did have was with a kinetic rope. George @Blksmth saved me from my silliness up at Old Tomboy Mine.

2003 Jeep Tj with new gm 350 crate engine, ax15 5 speed. 4” lift, new wheels, new tires, new everything under the hood, custom exhaust, custom built front and rear bumper, rock sliders, Jeep has completely been gone thru front to back. Odometer is showing a little over 100””” miles but spent majority of its life towed behind a motor home. Jeep has approximately 6000 miles on it since lift, wheels, tires, motor, trans. Etc. Interior is a 10. Still has factory stickers on frame and driveshafts. Asking $18000 obo.

Normally I would like to keep the engine within the same family. A 5.9 Magnum would be pretty awesome in a TJ...

But this setup is pretty good, and I won't complain about it!
