I had a friend who went to college in Oswego. He tells me there was an exchange student from Siberia who would complain about the weather all the time. He also talks about thundersnow which I guess is a thing up there. I live in upstate NY, but Oswego seems like another level of winter craziness.

Yep, didn't know what I was getting into when I was looking at colleges - amazing how they always schedule the perspective new student visits in the summer, besides known for snow Oswego does have some of the best sunsets (school sits on the lake looking in a westward direction down the shoreline so the sun sets on the lake).

Yup about 130F is perfect for me as well.
Did a tenderloin roast last night and still munching on it with a Bloody Mary this AM.
If anyone has a Traeger or similar they have an AWESOME smoked peppercorn roast recipe on their website. You know it is going to be good when the marinade has garlic and whiskey in it.
Only thing I adjusted on it was i doubled the garlic in the recipe and marinaded it for about 4-5 hrs
