Could be. Ours havent gone up in at least five years. We pay .08 per kwh off peak and .16 on peak, which is 4 pm to midnight.

SoCal Edison has a couple of different rate plans. One is a tiered based upon usage and goes from .29 to .47 and one is a time of use which goes from .24 to .67 ... not kidding ...

There are 2 prisons in and around this town. There's big concern about the town's economy post-closing. It caused me pause when I was considering the move. The town has lost all its legal battles to keep it open. I guess only time will tell.

it irritates me that manufactures can get away with calling a tire a certain size and the tire not being that size. Its not like they can't make the tire mold the correct size.

I don't disagree with you, but several factors affect tire size. I believe there's some shrinkage as a tire comes out of the mold, which it seems they should be able to compensate for. The wheel width and air pressure will affect the affect the final width and diameter, and the sidewall compression from the vehicles weight will reduce the apparent diameter.

BTW, the advertised sized for the 39in KM3s were 38.5, if you fill them at 40PSI.

Fill them to 80 psi and i bet you get to 39".
