IMO, toe out makes most sense for stability, especially with a lift. Supposed to make it so that bumps and such don't push the tires inward, instead pushing slightly outward on both tires, and thus helps avoid bump steer and DW.
Two votes for going out.I have b been running 37s for 59,000 miles. I run 1/8 toe out. I also run the Steer Smart Yeti components. My Jeep drives great. No wandering, no odd tire wear.
I will see what the actual toe was set to, but I did try to make it as close as possible. Should probably have put the axle on stands and tied the aluminum to the bolts directly to take the tire variance out of the equation.

How much do I really want to pay a shop for "laser alignment" anyway?
