I think their advertising is a little misleading. Most steering stabilizers used on 4WDs are dampers, whereby any movement of the steering is restricted by the movement of oil within the damper. Most are not position-sensitive, hence provide the same amount of damping whether on center or turned, contrary to what Roadmaster claims. The Exact Center is a centering device. Vehicle manufacturers do a lot of engineering to tune the caster and steering axis inclination to achieve the self-centering characteristics they want. Suspension, tire, and wheel changes may change that for the worse, and the Exact Center could be the answer. It's probably not as effective as a traditional stabilizer at damping impacts when froading. It seems to me that even though it's marketed as the same thing, the Exact Center is a solution for a different problem than a conventional steering stabilizer. What's everyone's thoughts on this?
Goofy grille!Gotta admitā¦ for as much flack as the angry grille getsā¦ the āhappy grilleā might be worse.
idk. to me a car website rating a 4x4 can be misleading in a way. cuz they dont really know how and what to expect in driving a solid axle 4x4. they did point out some known issues but other that that. its kinda useless and anyone can look that up. they also used info from consumer report which i dont like consumer report. it did mentioned that he has a wrangler. so does that make him an expert in jeeps. or is he a sport car guy that has a wrangler because its cool.Just found this Jeep article from 12/24/21ā¦ thoughts? Apparently the 2021 wrangler is the best and 2022 wranglerā¦ not so much? idkā¦

Ok, I actually read the entire article. I cant tell WHO was rating the various years, or based on WHAT criteria. In fact, it looks like both who and what changed from one model to another. In other words, it's a random mash-up of previous review summaries.Just found this Jeep article from 12/24/21ā¦ thoughts? Yeah, I kinda arrived at the same conclusion. Except for the part about 2021 being the best (because thatās what I have)!Ok, I actually read the entire article. Aside from problems with the methodology, the article also reads stylistically like it was written by a committee of 10th graders who failed journalism class.
Other than that, it was pretty stupid. And get the hell off my lawn.
May as well make a 'Mater grill.Gotta admitā¦ for as much flack as the angry grille getsā¦ the āhappy grilleā might be worse.
