Anyway, they were pretty good. I added some turneric (Not called for in the recipe.) I'd probably leave that out next time.
I cooked 'em in the big built-in air fryer (convection oven). The recipe called for (non-convection) 400° for 15 minutes. I cooked them for 20 at 400° in air-fryer mode. After 15 minutes the instant read thermometer said they were still 10° shy of the desired 145° "done" temperature so I gave them another 5.I bet those would air fry up nicely… hmm…
