and FWIW - I'd rather work outside in 110° than 10°. Any day of the week. Much easier to keep cool than to stay warm.

Actually, there are some afordable homes in Sedona, but most are north of 7 figures. Some are WELL north of 7 figures.

Last July, my wife and I went and spent a romantic weekend up in Sedona. A tad expensive for sure, but nothing terrible. But my run in the morning was this picture.

In July, 10% humidity... if that. 65° maybe. Running here, no cars, no people, quiet. I think I actually saw God!

Today was a good day. I was the first person in NY State to have someone evicted from their apartment since the pandemic started. Best part was the NY State Marshall showed up in a jeep gladiator overland.

I'm thinking I need to put some miles on the Jeep.

When you're on that route, and you are in monument valley, right at the state line between AZ and UT, stop at milepost 13 north of the line. Turn around and look south. One of the most scenic spots on the planet! (and also the famous spot where Forest Gump turned around when he was running)
