Good evening Jeep folks.

I'm wondering if 20 years ago I would hurt this much after working on my Jeep. I'm thinking tomorrow is going to be a really lazy day.

Mildly interesting. Reading a used book I bought via Amazon. Inside are stamps from base libraries at Ft McClellan and Ft Sill.

I am ok and I have already fixed it. I hit a deer coming back home from Rock Hill today. It was a beautiful day and I wanted to go up to Marine Max to look at a boat. I missed my turn a few miles into my return trip. It went from 4 lanes to a busy 2 lanes. I heard the deer coming. When I looked over, it was too late, it jumped right into my passenger door.

A passerby stopped and shot the deer for me as it was still alive and suffering. Very lucky man I am. Could have been much worse. Just wish I could quit replaying the incident in my head. Never seen anyone or anything get shot before.

$160 or so dollars from Benson Jeep for the part. Replaced it myself, super easy. The jeep tools that came with the Jeep is what I used.

Hopefully now that I have told you this, I will forget it and enjoy the last day of my vacation.
