Jeep humor waiting room ( ** NO POLITICS ** )

Good morning Jeepers!

So, I want to get my husband something Jeepish for Christmas. The Jeep is mine, but he loves it, wishes he had one but doesn't want another car payment (understandable), so what is a good gift to give for a spouse that is Jeep-related but not FOR the jeep (as in, I don't want to gift him something that would be installed on MY jeep), other than t-shirts?

My DIL got me one of these, I haven’t put it together yet. Cool little model.

Drove down in the Jeep. I don't know what it is with I-95 in South Carolina, but for some reason there is stand still traffic that just clears up at the Georgia state line...

Seriously Orlando, Daytona, Jacksonville and Charlotte all had good traffic but middle of nowhere SC was a parking lot...

Otherwise, while we were down there we had a great time!

Got the notifications that my credit card got hacked today. So I get the fun of getting that resolved...

That was sort of me last Friday, received a letter from a Bank with debit card for a new account that I opened (but actually did not open), then another letter on Saturday from same bank letting me know they would not open another account via online and that I would have to go to a branch with proper ID to open the "other" new account. Called bank on Friday, opened a fraud case and today have been going through everything else to see how bad this may be and which security breach may have caused this.

Hackers and thieves suck!

Crossing the state line from Georgia to Florida, the A/C kicked on and I saw someone driving a Miata with the top down. The weather was fantastic!

The situation really sucks. But I can tell you any boss that wouldn't have sympathy in this situation can go pound sand.

My boss is understanding and told me to let him know what I need and he will try to make it work. It REALLY is a good thing that I can do my job remotely.

We have a consultation this afternoon at 4 (cst) with the doctors. While I won't be able to be there in person, we will make it work remotely...one way or another. In going through Dad's hospital notes, I saw that they removed the feeding tube today. Not sure about the other one. Also noted that they expect to discharge him on Friday so he has a few more days in the hospital.

I find that having an understanding boss works wonders for morale. Its hard enough without someone breathing down your neck.

Couple years ago I had a charge on the rescue's card for $10,000 worth of frisbee golf equipment being shipped to Belize. Caught it before the bank did. Called the seller. They were just loading the truck to go to the airport.

Last year someone put in an application for a covid PPS loan in the name of the rescue. Took me a lot of messing with the SBA and Experian to tet that off my credit report.
