Umm... yes and no, lol.

The Hawaiian State Fish is the one you're thinking of... the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a. It's similar to the one in the photo, but more colorful. This one is "just" a regular triggerfish.

And, in case you're curious, the fish with the longest Hawaiian name is the Longnose Butterflyfish or Lauwiliwilinukunukuʻoiʻoi.
My eye measurebater tells me that the first name is longer but the second one has more letters. Am I wrong? ;)

I just moved 2,060 pounds of stuff out of the pod box thing:surprised:
I don't think I can get out of this chair anytime soon.
You opened the doors to the pod...had the driver back up quickly and slam on the brakes...and sling everything towards the garage...right?

Am I the only one to think that this is the only way to unload a ton of material quickly?

Just its name sounds like a fish story itself! :giggle:

Correctamundo, sir... I think the font is playing tricks on the eyes. The second one has one more letter and a second "okina" (the extra Hawaiian vowel, basically a glottal stop, written as an apostrophe). So it's technically longer than the one for the State Fish, which is also known as a Picasso Triggerfish. (@MrGneissGuy - *ding*)

Let me know if you guys get tired of the fish shots - it's my third hobby (after wine and skiing). Err, maybe fourth, now that I think about it (after wine, skiing, and Jeep) :like: .

Cheers,
-CM-
