Morning All!! Happy Flu Shot Day!!!

Was a chilly ride in this morning on the Spyder (lowest I saw was 54F)...but it will be awesome riding home. I sure do miss riding that thing. I haven't put near the miles on it this year as I thought I would but such is life when your riding partner works a different shift than you do and plans all these project on the weekends.

She did mention something about possibly taking a road trip this weekend instead of working on a pergola thing for the deck. But then again, last weekend, we bought a pork belly and plan to make our own (keto friendly) bacon. It will need to cure for 5 days before smoking it for a couple of hours. I am really looking forward to making our own bacon.

We'll see what really happens.

Do you smoke it in a pipe, or roll it in papers?
