Jeep humor waiting room ( ** NO POLITICS ** )

Youngest had a volleyball tourney this weekend and the weather was great. I took the top down and made a short playlist for the ride with some great tunes to get her ready to play (a little Queen, Survivor, and a couple others). We load up, head out, and halfway through Another One Bites the Dust, she wants to listen to her music.

I figure that's the reason they only made the silver bracket for Sunday, instead of the gold.

Takes me back to my NASA internship. The lab guys dumped about 50 pounds of bolts onto a huge table and told me to sort them by size. It took me over a week but I sorted ever last one of them and to this day I can tell you the size of any bolt you hand me.

I must have passed the test because after the internship ended I was offered a job!

I sorted for 3-4 hours yesterday and ended up with this.

My primary goal was to be able to find machine/auto screws/bolts for the Jeep and motorcycle. (faster, and to save trips to the HW store)

By the time I was done I was getting pretty good at recognizing SAE vs. Metric, diameters and thread pitches. However, there are a couple sizes/pitches that overlap very closely between SAE and Metric. That slowed me down a little. In the end, 1/4-20 and M8-1.25 were over-represented in the two respective standards.

From what I understand, its going to be based on the Bronco Sport, so it will have a front drive bias like the Honda Ridgeline.
