What did you end up using for editing software?
I shoot my videos in 2.7k and then have them rendered for YouTube 4k along with 2 passes at the bitrate encoding. You are right about YT compressing the uploads. Sucks.

VSDC free version. I'll likely go to DaVinci Resolve once I upgrade hardware.

Summer bucket list.

This is on my summer list. Not "wish" as reservation is already confirmed. My youngest grandson is on a travel ball team and they have a tournament the last week of June. The resort is beachfront and hopefully on one of the days myself, my son & s-i-l will have a day out on the links! This trip is the reason I bought the soft top. So I can go topless down there without having to wonder what to do with the hardtop.
