I sold the Mustang to make room for the Jeep... I still miss it from time to time. It was also my last manual car and my Motorcycle is the only manual I have for the time being. It certainly is fun as long as you don't have stop and go traffic.

Ditto. Had a 2017 Mustang GT that belonged to my late wife. Sold it for the Jeep. Motorcycles are my only manuals, and the BMW with the autoshift barely qualifies as a manual. With DC stop & go traffic and manuals being phased out by better automatics, I don't see getting another one anytime soon.

Rowing your own may no longer be as efficient or as fast, but it does add a little to the driving experience.

I would really have to rent a new C8 if it becomes available. No manual though.

Just fast.

The guy I met with the connector was showing me a video of him driving his friends C8. The owner asked him to do donuts in it, so he obliged with a figure 8 while the owner took a video. SWEET!!!

I really like the 8 speed on the Jeep. I think its one of the first automatics that I really like rather than just a "Meh" attitude towards it.

By default, I was always in charge of safety in the lab and ran a very tight "ship". Not one single violation in over 20 years. Of course I had to ban scientists the day before and day of inspection so I didn't have to undo whatever mess they made.

You say "scientists" like it's a bad thing.

LOL Trust me, NASA scientists are a unique breed. As an intern I learned not to speak or make eye contact as they are easily startled. Seriously!

Also, NASA segregates scientists - their offices are bunched together away from everyone else including engineers and labs.

As odd as they are, I have the utmost respect for our scientists.
