The national union is terrible. Has sold us out on the last 3 contracts. After they forced the last one through against the vote, Hoffa up and left the country for over a month on "unexpected union buisness".Teamsters union eh? Yeah I want to avoid visiting Davey Jones with concrete boots....
You're a hell of a Union recruiter you know...Also, if you quit during that time you don't get any of the back pay, and if you go on disability or fmla it extends your year by that same amount.
I'm sitting here this morning with the urge to drive a manual-trans sports car after my race-dream. I was having so much fun, even with the foot cramps.Plus its got a stick... Can't get the 392 Wrangler with one.
I do what I can. LolYou're a hell of a Union recruiter you know...
I sold the Mustang to make room for the Jeep... I still miss it from time to time. It was also my last manual car and my Motorcycle is the only manual I have for the time being. It certainly is fun as long as you don't have stop and go traffic.I'm sitting here this morning with the urge to drive a manual-trans sports car after my race-dream. The Jeep always demands blood sacrifice.I'm the same way. I see you've already drawn blood, too, awesome!
Rowing your own may no longer be as efficient or as fast, but it does add a little to the driving experience.I'm sitting here this morning with the urge to drive a manual-trans sports car after my race-dream. I was having so much fun, even with the foot cramps.
Funny enough I had the Dakota and Both Mustangs in SoCal Traffic... you need to be athletic to drive those in San Diego on a Friday afternoon, lol!
Yes, the traffic is the precise reason I've been buying automatics, especially in So. Cal.
Did the same with my STi.I sold the Mustang to make room for the Jeep... I still miss it from time to time. It was also my last manual car and my Motorcycle is the only manual I have for the time being. It certainly is fun as long as you don't have stop and go traffic.
Yeah, I was not a fan of what the new owner was doing with the Mustang... The rear wing had been pulled off and the interior was covered in cig ashes...Did the same with my STi.
See her from time to time.
Mornin!Mornin Jeeples!
I loved having the extended range tank. The kids hated the dad in me on road trips; "you can go to the restroom when we stop for gas".In any of my other (and previous) vehicles, I need to fill-up at least twice a week just for commuting. With the extended range tank on the F-150, I can get 700+ miles per tank. So, a full week of commuting and other errands is no problem. I could make it to my late wife's father's place in Charleston, SC in one tank if I didn't tow my motorcycles behind it. I love the big fuel tank.
