At a 150 lbs for one piece someone probably tried to pick it up and dropped it on their foot.

Sure looks like it left the next day just fine.

Someone's balls probably came in contact with it

Load delay. (plane was held past set departure time because of some issue getting it loaded on time)
Or they blew the flight. (more volume than the plane can hold)
More than likely a load delay because of a late critical (medical supplies of some type), equipment breaking, or severe injury in the dock or plane.

I only teabag pieces that make service. If we're holding it over, it's no longer a stress factor for me. Lol
