22 feet is plenty I bet.
22' os more than plenty. Lol 18 is considered a wide boat. Just need the extra stability, and room for mom to move around in her power chair.

22 sounds like the better choice for mobility concerns.

Friends, neighbors, and kinfolk, I am just fracking weary. In the past month we've taken in 12 parrots, and 8 of them have serious medical issues because of poor care in their previous homes. I'm talking about kidney failure, diabetes, gout, lung infection, crippled feet...every one has to have meds, adapted habitats, veterinary trips...I have to keep them alive and get them at least stable before I can even think about finding them homes., if that ever becomes possible. That's on top of caring for the rest of the population, and there are 60 birds here. Yeah, I have volunteers, and they do a lot of the cleaning and general care. But making sure everything happens right and all the bills are paid is on me. Vet bills the last 30 days ran over $3,000.

And then the buttholes bite me.
