If you want to pull a trailer with your jeep it need to be registered commercial?

My pickup did. I had to register it by weight including trailer weight, otherwise I technically would be in violation if I pulled a trailer too heavy for my registration.

The Jeep isn't rated to tow enough weight to need this.

Since I did the lift, bumpers, winch, etc, my mileage dropped. But slowing down, I am back getting over 20 MPG. Not too shabby.

Most of your fuel mileage is going to come from your driving style. I can regularly get high 20s out of the Ram 3500 Chassis here at work and other similar trucks. I do remember a salesman scowling at me and telling me I'll, "Never get more than 15" out of a 2500 Diesel...
