From what I can see, it looks as if the mods have decided that the previous level of politics was no longer desireable. Even the places where it used to be allowed are gone. Have to admit, I like it better without. Already too many places where people are yelling at each other. I really hate to think what would have happened if we had the internet in 1968.
I agree, I do get very tired of it randomly showing up in completely unrelated threads.

"Nanny State" really bugs me too... I can Imagine these guys ranting about this when the government first mandated seatbelts.

Unpleasant chore awaits. Breaker keeps tripping for the lights in wife's studio, even when they're turned off. Likely culprit is a partial short in the junction box that feeds to the switches from the incoming line. Unpleasant part is that the box is in the ceiling. Have to open up the ceiling and see what's what. But first, coffee.

Good Morning All,

Jeep Wrangler JL Jeep humor waiting room ( ** NO POLITICS ** ) 1612188435004

It was a wet one this weekend. Rained all day Saturday and part of the day Sunday. On a positive note, we didn't ride around with the top down / doors off but we did drive around and washed the undercarriage very well on Saturday.

I watched "The Dig" last night, good flick, thanks for the recommendation @Steveo
:fist bump:
Glad you liked it! Yeah, I found it interesting (the historical aspect) and touching all at the same time. Ralph Fiennes never disappoints, either.
