Good morning fine folks of this forum,

Seeing all the talk about driving in the snow reminds me of a conversation this past weekend while wheeling (sort of) with the wife and Maryland's Jeep Club. We're on this scenic trail in the Frederick Watershed and she looks at me and says that we need to do this in the snow. I readily agreed with her. The Frederick Watershed is all 2WD dirt & gravel. Rough, but snow would add an element of challenge... maybe.

Gotta run Dale up to town to his foot specialist soon. Went ahead, and told my supe I wouldn't be in tonight. Supposed to get snow and ice today too.

I had three months of terminal leave... Had a new job waiting for me -- the double paychecks were nice.

I was never allowed to build up that much leave, lol. But then again asking to go on leave was like pulling teeth so I was screwed either way.

I've only checked on the Sport S, so I'll need to look through all of the models to see.

@Sean L can't recall if you are a hockey fan out there or not, but saw in a presser today that we are getting the long time Hurricanes' television play-by-play announcer John Forslund to broadcast the Kraken games that kick off later this year. So damned excited!!

Bossman is a Hurricanes fan. I support them purely because they are a North Carolina team although I'm not much of a Hockey fan... because I'm from North Carolina... who plays hockey here?

Seriously the whole team is Canadian...

Morning all.

All the talk about snow wheeling... I've never been a fan after a few slides toward a really long roll. Still, I have been without a Jeep fix for far too long and might head into the hills this weekend.

Away from people and still playing. I have to keep away from people until my next test and I need to wait a couple of days before taking it. (Plane trip and all.)
