My wife's 600 sq ft studio is straw bales covered in lime plaster. Heat is passive solar and a corn stove. Cost $4000 to build. Total heat cost last year was $250.

My parrot building is earth sheltered, with hot water radiant in the floor and passive solar heat, plus a 9 kw photovoltaic array for the lights etc. It's 25,000 cubic feet, kept at 70 degrees, and brightly lit 12 hours a day. It uses $75/mo for electric bill and $350 a year for propane.

My ex has a straw bale house. It's pretty neat. Has a water generator in the creek and a solar panel in the yard along with composting toilet. Only wire to her house is a phone wire.

UPS ain't faring well either. I'm posting this on Sat morning, note the delivery time of the second package:

Last night I got an email from UPS about that second package saying it was delivered. The tracking showed some other address a few miles down the road. Today it shows the correct address, but delivered status with delivery time 12 hours from now.

I shipped a package through UPS on the 4th - never arrived on the 7th - Investigation started on the 8th .....haven't heard a word since

I did insure this time though and I have never ad an issue with Brown Santa in the past ...

Has anyone else noticed that Prime Original Programming has been slim to none recently?

YES. Hubby and I complain constantly about that. We have not one but two prime accounts. The free 2-day shipping has slipped to "a few days" as well. Never anything to watch that's included. NEVER. Everything I search for is rent or buy only.

Maybe Bezos and Co. have decided they don't need original programming. I've also noticed that they've been pushing other streaming services/content a lot.

Not a dedicated one, but the 2 I have contain quite a few hats.
The top shelves have hat boxes stacked all but to the ceiling. Plus several on hat holders hanging where one might hang clothes.
