Wife and I were just discussing other places, here right now for her Mom (and where her sisters still live) plus friends. However down the road we were discussing NC, I get some pretty good tax breaks on my military retirement since I was commissioned prior to 1986.

I went back to when I weighed the setup.

The tire was 87.8lbs and the wheel was 48.4lbs. Combined with air, I had 138 #s and change.

all kidding aside. i'm looking to get this to easy in putting on the tire during the 5 tire rotation. eventho is a furniture lifter. it would work lifting the tire. link

I've thought about those, with an extra large plate bolted on to support the tire, but it doesn't solve my biggest problem: getting the spare tire off and back on.

I was reminiscing going through post on my build/roll call thread. So many memories with Lila.
Looking back, the PSC steering was the most detailed and the long arm kit was the most labor intensive.
I'm at the "wait till it breaks" phase now.

After joining a harder trail riding Jeep Club this year, it may come sooner than later. You all may see a new iteration of Lila. LOL

take the air out and put nitrogen in. can save a pound in each tire.

i've been looking off n on somewhere to move south. like you said, once out of ny the money will go a long way. righva t now nc. tn. de. and maybe va. md. have thought about something out west like vegas or moab. in all honesty, the east coast is where i want to be.

just ordered one. when it warms up. will be the time to rotate the tires. i was looking at the bottom plate as well and seeing if i can find a wider platform. the way i see it, is that i'll line up the tire to the studs and just lift it so it falls onto the studs. so i dont think i need much of the plate. we'll see how it works. any this is what i ordered. link.
