X-Rays confirmed a fractured toe. He's in a temp cast and will see an orthopedic specialist tomorrow. Cant trust the adult freeloader to look after him. Argh.

I never did get my toe checked. I was told they can't even set it so I'm a bit surprised to hear they put a temp cast on.

Taped mine to the to next to it and waited a few weeks before trying to run again. Then waited another few weeks because that was a dumb idea. Now I stick to peddling.

Hope he heals fast! (Of coarse he will, he's a kid!)

They did the tape thing (buddy system) but couldnt find a small enough boot. Blah blah blah, about not putting weight on it to let it heal correctly and in minimal time. They decided to refer us to a specialist and put it in a temp cast. Whatever. I grew up with duct tape, crazy glue and rub dirt in it. LOL

Kiddo ran into a wall and needs an X-Ray for his foot. Local Urgent Care has a machine but has bad reviews for over and double billing. We're off to the ER.

it was 25* when i left for work. 30* all day.
