Leftover scalloped potatoes with impossible sausage.
First time cooking the impossible sausage, and I'm fairly pleased with it. I always season my ground sausage with sage onion powder, garlic, sage, red pepper flakes, and sage. This stuff took the seasoning well, and the texture is spot on.
