Snowed early Sunday Morning, followed by Sleet ALL DAY... So I've just got sheets of ice everywhere.

This is also why I bought a 4x4 to start with.

Just as a cheerful alternative to the usual "people suck"...

Yesterday would have been Betty White's 100th birthday. She was a major activist in animal welfare, and animal shelters participated yesterday in "The Betty White Challenge", asking everyone to donate to their fave animal charity.

All I did was put up a Facebook post yesterday morning, and by bedtime we'd received well over $2000 in donations...people dont ALL suck ALL the time!

That is great!! The rescue organization I do volunteer work for received a little over $2000 as well, just wish Facebook didn't take a cut of the proceeds.

This sounds a bit morbid, but I think I might check out the grave sites of Bruce and Brandon Lee this afternoon while doing the 4-mile run as per training plan...

Interesting! What rescue is that? Facebook FUBARRED us, actually. I had a DONATE button on the post and it disappeared without explanation. However, I had a link to our Paypal, and those donations are zero-fee if you're a 501c3.
