I usually wake up WAY too early...and don't usually have issues with cognizance at that time of day. Motivation to do anything when I get up...that is a whole different story. Sometime, I will lay there in bed for a good hr or so just waiting for my alarm to go off.

AEV use to have Brute conversions that would do a great job...
