Beautiful!Morning all!
Love the autumn colors. Great time of the year.Beautiful!
I mean unless someone in here was born in the 1930s I think my statement might stand, lol.I think you need to check the figures again, most of us are old...
Well I'm glad you made it through. It should be years before you have to go in again.Well I made it thru the DMV unscathed - for the most part. I am now a legal NC resident!
(They tried to kick me out of the DMV but I persisted - not joking here)
ugh... I'm afraid to look at the housing market there, lol! I remember a few years ago I found a Fixer Upper for ONLY 3 million... And by fixer upper I mean it was in desperate need of renovation. It's off the street and out of sight. Pretty darn safe. Can't afford a house with a garage unfortunately.
Yep...working on it. Any of you dorks have a million dollars collecting dust?Yet.
Sweet gum trees are evil They were everywhere on our property in Atlanta and the reason you couldn't walk outside barefoot. And they were always dropping their freaking pointy weapons on youIn Virginia we have zombie trees called sweet gums. You cut them down and think you've killed them, and they keep coming back from the dead. They grow like weeds. They're useless as firewood- you can't split them, and if you burn a cord of gum you'll have two cords of ashes. The wood is soft and you can hear it rot on a quiet night, but it can be pretty- it's a blend of blonde, brown, and green.
But that's not how the ESS in the manuals works...If I had it my way, ESS would be as simple as a golf cart. With a manual you could start in gear, no clutch, just hit the gas and as it rolls out the engine starts. Not this bullshit where you take your foot off the brake and the starter kicks in. Ugh.
I mean, OB was just entering middle age at that point...I mean unless someone in here was born in the 1930s I think my statement might stand, lol.
