Waffle Fries the Chikin way. Shoestring/Matchstick should not be a thing!

I used to like shoestring fries because you you grab a few, dip in ketchup and chow down. Now...they are not on the diet plan. Dieting SUCKS!!! BUT...down 50 lbs so far.

I have wings on the stove and coleslaw in the fridge...just sitting for Monica to get cleaned up so we can dig in.

Had a rough afternoon at the golf course. I was helping out with the outgoing spectator flow and we had a bus break down in the wrong place at the wrong time. Caused quite the log jam but once we got them out of the way...we were rolling again. It reached upper 80s today and was hotter on the parking lot. Going to be another hot one tomorrow.
