I like M1 Garands. Especially that clang sound when the clip ejects out the top.I would say frighteningly effective at what they did. Plus I like Fanta and Volkswagens...

Lookin good, bro! I must be lucky cuz I've never had any steering issues other than wind.Oh, and pictures:
New windshield! I didn't realize just how pitted the original was until it was replaced. Colorado roads for you.
Steer Smarts sector shaft brace works great. A subtle but noticeable improvement to Wanderer's wandering. All solid now.
The Out of Bounds Trailer turned out awesome. It's 1,140 lbs was hardly noticeable and it tracks awesome down the highway.
I'll be working on my trailer maneuvering skills this weekend in a wide open parking lot. I'll also find a trail to see how it handles off road.
trailer looks good behind the jl. as for the steer smart. its pretty much a straight bolt on? do you have to go and get the computer re flash.
Its been one of my favorite rifles to shoot. Eventually I'll own one for myself. Dad currently owns a Canadian built Lee Enfield that saw service in the war. Feels like you're getting punched in the shoulder the first time you shoot it, but its easily manageable once you know what you're doing with it.I like M1 Garands. NR4x4 shows the part as "non-Rubicon". What's up with that?
Nope! The brace is a straight bolt on. And if I can install it, anyone can.
I would be proud to own one as well. Its been one of my favorite rifles to shoot. Eventually I'll own one for myself. Dad currently owns a Canadian built Lee Enfield that saw service in the war. My steering has always been fine, but each little thing did make things tighter. I noticed a bit with the new tie rod. The new steering box made things a lot more responsive (highly recommended). And finally the sector shaft brace. It was as I said, subtle but noticeable especially on the highway.Lookin good, bro! I must be lucky cuz I've never had any steering issues other than wind.
There is a drop down for the Rubicon. There is a different part for you elitist Rubicon drivers.NR4x4 shows the part as "non-Rubicon". What's up with that?
good to know. my steering is good and no real issues in play, etc. but i'll keep this in mind when i do upgrade to 33s.My steering has always been fine, but each little thing did make things tighter. I really think a side by side test drive is in order. I may only be "thinking" I noticed a difference... but it would be cool to get other opinions on a side by side comparison.
At the very least, I've added strength to vulnerable parts that were not designed for bigger and heavier tires.
Soooooo, when are you visiting so we can do this side by side test?My steering has always been fine, but each little thing did make things tighter. I noticed a bit with the new tie rod.
