Hahaha. Actually it’s by my father house. I cleaned it up about 2 weeks ago. We are going up to a lake in 2 weeks and they are strict when it comes to salt water boats.

Afternoon Jeep folks.

So last night after Taco Tuesday dinner, I bottled up my first attempt at fermented hot sauce (about 50% jalapenos, ~25% serrano, and ~ 25%habanero, with cilantro and onion). Put some on my "fancy" frozen Tina's burritos lunch just now and am undecided on my level of success. Tasted fine, maybe a little too much vinegar added, but it smells odd, and the color (a not quite Sarge Green) leaves a lot to be desired. I'll call my skills at this a work in progress.
