Yeah, it's called the 5.7L
I'm being pounced upon by clones!Or even a reasonably priced 5.7L Hemi option.
Marine grade vinyl seats, and (I think) rubber flooring. What is the waterproof interior option? Is it a vinyl floor versus the easily removable carpet that the Jeep has?
Itās the Society of Steveās, an exclusive groupā¦I'm being pounced upon by clones!
It's the only option to get the vinyl seats, and when you option in the electronics, you get a very similar vehicle to a Sahara. In my eyes at least. (not that a fully optioned Willy's is all that much cheaper than the Sahara)I consider the Black Dimond to be more in line with the Willy's than a Sahara. Of course the line gets blurred if you add the Sasquatch package.
I love my Jeep, but I bet there will be an impact.Only if Bronco competition affects their revenues and margins.
vinyl seats? That's a horrible flashback to my youth. burning your legs when going to sit down in the summer. hot sweaty a$$ and b@lls.It's the only option to get the vinyl seats, and when you option in the electronics, you get a very similar vehicle to a Sahara. Maybe a 392 Mojave with TONS...I wouldn't mind a more affordable 392...
I think the Badlands has that vinyl interior too... but that isn't going down in price though. I eventually get to the point where I Just throw in and build a Wildtrack since adding the Sasquatch gets most of the lower trims to that price point. It's the only option to get the vinyl seats, and when you option in the electronics, you get a very similar vehicle to a Sahara. Dog resistant, waterproof, leather burns you too, and I can patch vinyl, but not leather.vinyl seats? That's a horrible flashback to my youth. burning your legs when going to sit down in the summer. hot sweaty a$$ and b@lls.
I haven't Sasquatch'd it yet. I %1000 will get into incomprehensible trouble with that. It's why I never build Rubicons either. I think it can, and does. There are other "costs" too, like weight and the need for other upgraded components. As far as I know its the same engine block with a larger bore and stroke... Can't really cost THAT much more than a 5.7. lol
I'm smitten with the 2.7L in my one fiddy. I think it's going to be an excellent motor in the Bronco.Black diamond. With the 2.7, auto 4wd, towing, and all the electronic goodies.
