Last Saturday, my final day in my 50s. (WTF?) I completed an 84 mile race over gravel fire roads, with 9200 vertical feet of climbing. Turned 60 on Sunday and got drank. (After a 13 mile mountain bike ride).

This is my kicking scratching screaming and crying over the passing of my youth.

Well done! I too am a 60 cyclist when I am not out Jeeping.

I keep the road bike on one side and the mountain bike on the other so I can get them out easily when both vehicles are in the garage.

I use the mountain bike for going to the shops and the road bike on the road.

With the nice weather we're having I thought I'd get away to the desert for a couple of days. The wife and dog both stayed home, not sure why. This is out by Parker AZ.
