Translation, in the US market, people want their Hemis and we know it LOL

Also between now and 2030, the political landscape could revert back to sane people who have a different view and wont jump off a cliff to save the planet ;)

No worries, just watch a movie. The year was 2522 and still had gas vehicles, cigarettes, booze and ladies shacking their money makers.
In the end life will be the same sh*$ different day. LOL

Diesels are disappearing at a fast rate.

Mercedes stopped producing many of its diesel models.

Ford just announced that the Powerstroke will be gone from the all-new F-Series.

EcoDiesel has been a mixed bag for FCA. It had to pay through the nose after it was caught cheating on emissions a few years back, and the engine’s track record had been less than stellar when it comes to durability.

I’ll be surprised if EcoDiesel reappears on the new Grand Cherokee that just came out.

EcoDiesel has been a mixed blessing for FCA. It had to pay through the nose when it was caught cheating on emissions a few years back, and its track record is less than stellar when it comes to durability.
Just to clarify for the people out there having cardiac events, he’s talking about Ford ditching the Powerstroke in the 1/2 ton F-series, not the HD trucks.

Could be worse, but b doesn't sound great. I'm honestly surprised how many consumers are willing to take the gamble on electric, but haven't been willing to embrace diesel over the years.

You guys are all a bunch of Bronco bashing Jeep fan boys!
oop my bad, wrong subject.

I really hope they don't drop the diesels - as much as I like a V8 it wouldn't be my first choice of powerplant for a vehicle I take offroad... But what do I know, I love our 2.0T eTorque.
