Been calling Jeep Cares for two weeks!!! I am told i will get a call Back everyday...or within two hours of that day! Yet the case manager assigned to my case who's name is JAMES does not call!!
When we call Jeep Cares at 877-426-5337 customer service reps will not transfer us to a manger or anyone that can help us.... and insists they are only there to take messages for a CARE specialist to call us back in 24 hours!
i been waiting TWO WEEKS!
i was also told that my case was to be forwarded to another manager because JAMES doesn't do his JOB!!!
so jeep sends out my NEW Custom build with the SKY one leaking and parts peircing up into roof.
Was built for my Wife
Sky One touch.
- Leaks (alot) rear passenger rear. floors were wet and subwoofer was getting wet
- Bulge !!! (bolt?) piercing upward through roof on pass side
- Several weird looking indentations on passenger sky roof panel
***Every interior trim piece of sky one had scratches and even some really deep ones
Steering wheel
-Weird gap under leather wrapped part of wheel; dead center on it... you can easily see it and annoyingly feel it
-Three little gouges on center cover of where Air bag is
Paint
-Paint burs in several areas. UGH!
-TWO deep scratches in passenger side rear door. like you can see and feel ...Mojito paint is gone
- Front Painted fender flare had a nice scuff on the unpainted edge
Interior
Trim on Driver rear door panel had a nice scratch on it.
Rear leather seats had a Nice long scuff across the leg rest portion approx 24" long
Passenger seat clunk noise while breaking during test drive with person sitting in it
Jeep pulls to the right while test driving
We are very emotionally frustrated about this whole situation. We sold our 3 Wranglers to make this dream come true; of getting your top of the line Rubicon. This whole jeep buying experience started all the way back in September 2018 when we first ordered our jeep. Needless to say that original dealer lied to us and never ordered her and left us waiting 3 months. we gave up for a while until we spoke with Tyson Motors. they were great to deal with and when we went to pick her up 4/30 the management saw our hearts break and were very supportive and encouraging. Now the Wife and I are scared that this dream will never happen... I mean how cool it was to be able to order exactly what we wanted and even have the wife's name on the window sticker! super cool!
But because the model year is ending and the 2020 is coming, Know one knows if Mojito will be available.
So I just want to thanks my fellow jeepers in advance for any magic you can throw onto this whole crazy deal
