In July I requested a couple of badges of honor. The package was shipped on Jul 21 via UPS. Then the package got lost. Well, it happens, right?
What's not normal is, no one from @JeepCares / [email protected] / [email protected] is helping. They completely ignored all my mails. First mail sent on August 1st.
Jeep Care told me this, via twitter DM :
It's not the end of the world but what an horrible customer support! So frustrating no one reply.

I called this number, they told me to not send to BadgeofHonor@jeep.com but to BadgeofHonor@stellantis.com ([email protected] is the email displayed in the app). So did I, on Aug 19. Since then no answerI am sorry to hear that. Sadly, this is the only contact information I have for them. If you don't hear back by the end of the week, call Jeep Cares directly at 877-426-5337 for assistance. ^KP
