Wow, I can't believe you don't have them, I have an early build 2018 and have had them for at least 6 months now!
How were you connected to load them? That may be the answer?

Picked up our 19 last night. It has them. Custom order in 3 weeks.

My 2019 did not have them. After several weeks of back and forth emails with Jeep cares they were finally able to get mine installed over the air. I have had them for about a week or so now, so far so good.

I have been talking to my service writer about it. He didn't know what it was, so I asked him to look up the TSB. He emailed me the entire thing. I responded, "Yes, that's the one." He replied that he would have his service manager check it out. I waited over a week to hear from him. Went in today and asked about it. His reply was, I gave you the information. He thought that it was something that I had to perform because he didn't even read the TSB. When I explained it to him he got flustered and went to talk to the service manager. He came back and said that I will have to leave my Jeep with him while they download it over the air, which he said should take several hours. I am a very competent and capable mechanic and consider myself to be very tech savvy. I offered to help him figure it out, as I am certain that I understand the process after reading all the information from here and the TSB. But I'm certain that I will continue to be ignored.
So that went absolutely nowhere. The service manager is a decent guy, but all they could say is that they tried to get it to work, but it didn't.

Still waiting for my Jeep :time:.

In reviews there are off road pages in the instrument panel and more off road pages in the Uconnect screen.

Is it one or the other or both that are missing?

I got this response from FCA Canada... it can't possibly have anything to do with Guardian can it?

I got a similar response from uConnect customer support when my ORP disappeared the day after my Guardian trial expired. I contacted @JeepCares and they confirmed you dont need a Guardian subscription and were able to get them back on for me with an over the air update. That was in February. Working great ever since. Update: The dealership installed a new 8.4 unit yesterday. The ORP didn't show right away but appeared on my drive home from work, so it took about 8 hours after install to show. Also, I think the speed sensitive volume works now too. I say "I think" because even at the highest setting it is only slightly noticeable.

Thanks for the info all... I did contact @JeepCares but they can’t help a Canadian.

The Canadian help didn’t understand the issue, even after my attempts at explaining. Frustrating for sure.. and no further ahead.

Just updated mine myself. Go to UConnect website and under upgrades put in your vin. It is a process, but easy.
