Does anyone know the part number for the interior 80th anniversary badge? Is it another stick-on badge, or are there pins behind it?

The 80th anniversary Jeep console mounted badge is not available separately. It comes with the console.

You can try, but it may not look correct. The console has a radius while the badge is designed for a flat surface. Also, the 3M adhesive on the badge will not adhere to the console trim plate due to a soft touch laminate coating on the plastic console trim plate.

Heated and curved to fit. Will have to wait for warmer weather. Plan on cleaning with alcohol before I try. It is bigger than factory , but only slightly larger than the side emblem. If it stays I'm happy.

Technically, "JEEP's" 80th Anniversary isn't until 2025, as 1945 was when the first "JEEP" branded vehicles were introduced. You might even say 2023 as the "JEEP" name was trademarked then.

Nice job on changing the radius. You may have to sand off a small area on the console and use super glue to get it to adhere.

I got the one for the tailgate....it was a pretty tight fit. Not a lot of room.

Read the history on Jeeps website. I believe the reason Jeep doesn't recognize 1940 as the first year is because the Willys "QUAD" was only a prototype and only 2 were ever made.

It wasn't until 1941 when competing for the military contract that the Willys MB came into full scale production, and at this time also had the Willys name molded into the front grill.

So 1941 / 2021 80th Anniversary Edition.

The actual name Jeep and Wrangler came later.

There are some that say it is actually the 80th Anniversary of only the Willys edition. I don't see it necessarily this way, and obviously Jeep doesn't, but I can see the Willys point.

Back on topic if the OP still has left and right 80th badge's to sell I would be happy to take them off your hands?

Since I have a '21, and never loved that "Wrangler Unlimited" sticker, I wanted to do this too. Easy/cheap enough to order off eBay, the sticker comes off with my fingernail without trouble, and not hard to apply.

The badge is so much more substantial, is held on with 3M, and imo looks better than the stickers with the clear outlines. Makes me wish my Willys 4wd sticker on the back was an actual badge, or there was one available!

The only badge i have, is one i got as a goof for storming Area 51.
