Jeep 120v Charger stopped working

I've had my 4xe for about a year with no charging issues to date. Out of the blue, the factory charging cable is not working. I get the green light on the charger brick, but the Wrangler shows the red indicator of a charging issue. I know the power is fine. Any ideas? If the charger was bad, I assume I wouldn't get the green LED light, right? Any ideas out there? Cheapest replacement cable is $200, so that's the last resort.

Have you tried charging at a public charger?

If you were able to charge with one, you’d know the Jeep is okay and there’s likely an issue with your charger.

I wouldn’t necessarily say the opposite result (your Jeep not charging on a public charger) is conclusive as many of the public chargers in my area are not reliable.

Of course - if your dealer is nearby, probably easiest to just stop by there!

So, public charger #1 had the same result. Sounds like s stop at the dealership is in my horizon. Damn.

While we are on this, what is the warranty on the 120v charger that came with the Wrangler?

I never used mine, I do not have anywhere to plug it in.
