Would you mind snapping photos of your hood up? Looks like the snorkel opening doesn't actually cut all the way through to the bottom of the hood like the AEV one does. Just curious how it looks on the inside.

ok, random question for the new Mopar Snorkel owners like myself. Can this snorkel handle a brushless car wash (when you need a quick rinse off)?
I noticed the small drain hole but there is not a filter etc before the air box that is of course sealed.
Thoughts?

Finally...the first photos that show how the snorkel is attached to the windshield pillar and hood shroud.
Let us know how the JL's electric system behaves, when you plow through 30 inches of water.
I cringe when I see videos of someone's Jeep running through the waves on a ocean beach.

I have the snorkel, however I only hand wash my Jeep. If the brush grabs the snorkel it could pull it off the window pillar.
