Has anyone had a problem with the Trail management system? I can’t use the tie downs that came with my Jeep (pictured) and I have tried other products like the MOPAR Telesocpic Cargo Rail, but nothing works. Bascally Nothing will slide down the rails. It looks the there isn’t enough space even when you depress the button down all the way. Any advice would be appreciated.

Those tie downs look different than what came with my Jeep. When I get my Jeep back from the dealer I’ll take a picture of the ones I have.

Mine dont look like that at all. They are square vs rectangle. Being lazy, here is an ebay auction that shows the pictures of what mine look like.
(not my auction, just a google result so I did not have to take a pic of mine!)

I"ve seen those on Quardatec, which is what caused me to start questioning my tie downs (beyond them not working). I"ve gone back to the dealer to highlight the issue, but they have been less than helpful. I have a service appointment next week with another dealer, so hopefully they can help.

I bought this cargo divider off Amazon, but it doesn't work either, so I wondering if there are multiple issues with my system. I got my Jeep in early July of last year, so maybe I hit a bad batch in manufacturing.

Can you post a picture of the rails? I would think the divider would work.

Here’s the picture of the rails (well one of them). And a picture of the rail is doing to the clip for the bar. See whatever is posting makes me think something isn’t right

I have the same tie downs that don't work. How was this resolved? Or was it?

I had same issue, doesn't work. Another failure by FCA and Jeep. Just don't have the energy to deal with it
