Issue with the "Badge of Honor" app. I'm getting nowhere via email to resolve.

Can someone maybe suggest a person to call, or a more helpful person to email regarding the "Badge of Honor" app? I checked in, rode the trail, then... nothing. No badge, no notification, no "Do this next". 100% nothing. Inside the app theres a way to contact someone @ Jeep via email which I did. I have received 1 reply from them in 2 months with the issue far from resolved.

Can someone please help or guide me? Thanks.

It's pretty much non supported. Last year we hit most of the trails in the app in Colorado and we never got any of the badges for those. It showed them as completed, then suddenly they were gone. Emailed Jeep, No response. No nothing. Luckily I didn't pay anything for it?
