When I brake moderately, the rear arm rest falls forward. I put it back up and make sure that it's secure but it still continues to happen. Anyone else??

My guess is that the click in mechanism is broken. It's supposed to click when pushed back in place. Then when you pull the loop, it disengages the hook. It's probably broken.

Guess so. I pulled it down and it doesn't look like there's much travel on the hook that secures it.

I had a similar problem with mine not staying latched. The culprit was the trim piece between the armrest and the seat back / latch. Dealer replaced the trim and no issues since.
