Below is the update to Star Case Number S1819000003 - Steering Feels Loose and or Wander Feb 26, 2019, replaces the original version from Oct 2018.

Changes to this Star case includes - New JL track bar, new toe-in spec recommendations.

Thanks for your post....it's interesting.

Our Jeep Dealer closed it's doors. Looking to see what happens there. Wandering is an issue for us.

This post helped me, then the TSB came out to replace the Jeep Steering Gear.

Had our Wrangler's steering gear replaced. It made a world of difference. Although it's not perfect, it's much better.
Our Wrangler was scary to drive in no wind. In wind it was much worse.

I had to reach out to @JeepCares They were most helpful and referred me to FCA Jeep Canada Customer Cares. Canadian Jeep owners can call 1-800-465-2001 if their dealer doesn't help.
