I don't get too fussy about soft top windows. They get scuffed and scratched up as they are used and age. I'll probably replace them after 5 years or so. Of course I said the same thing of my JK soft top windows and here I am 11 years later and still have the originals. The JL's are of much higher quality, so maybe they'll go even longer. I won't be worrying much about them, though. I just wash them with mild car wash soap and a microfiber mit. That's all they require.

I tried this combination to clean the streaks and it didn’t work. But before I pursue this I would like to know what actually caused the streaks in the first place. My JK just had the standard top and never had this problem. Was there some kind of ozone pollution where they were made? Is there something in the premium softop that’s causing the streaks ?

Apologies for responding to a couple month old thread.... We noticed (delivery day, when we got home) streaks on the back soft top window, and the driver's side soft top window. '19 Sahara with the premium soft top. Didn't try the methods in the TSB yet, just warm water, etc. Something clearly was getting the top wet, and it dripped down onto the windows. No streaks on the passenger side soft top window. Anyone have this and successfully get them off using the TSB/other methods? We've owned 4 Wranglers with soft tops, the streaks are not normal 'wear & tear'.

I just took it to the dealer for the first time and they said they can clearly see the streaks, but their response was for me to buy a $16 bottle of cleaner to see if it helps. I was told they don't warranty or cover this part?

@JeepCares can you chime in on this please? Seems to be plenty of people on here who have experienced this same exact thing with different results?
