Thanks for posting! I had noticed mine was a little wobbly when disengaged. When I engaged it, it felt fine. Just this morning, however, after soon off roading... it feels like it requires significantly less force to pull up and lock, much looser... whoops. Sounds like the cable is susceptible to loosening though.

Mine has managed to get itself loose and actually have a cable come unhooked twice now.

AGH.

Thanks for bringing this up again - I missed it the first time.

Mine wobbles when released and “clunks” sometimes when I engage it. It’s something I’ll eventually get checked out (unless it stops working before then).

Factory spec is about "7 clicks" so when you pull slowly you should hear it click about 7 times before it gets really stiff

I only get like 4 clicks most of the time~
Gotcha.... Rattle free? They try to aim for 7 clicks, but everyones strengh is different and in order to get to the "7 clicks" you really gotta yank on it... As long as the ebrake works and doesn't make noise you should be good

After putting a lift kit my handbrake hook on the right side doesn't reach the loop. Any suggestions?
