Is your "sold order" now a dealer stock order?

Because of this I can no longer get updates through my VIN, and Jeep keeps telling me " I cannot escalate your case; this is a dealer stock order; it does not have your name"

I have already talked to my dealer and the order is in my name....Something fishy is going on here!

I got a vin and Von but I don’t know if it’s in my name anymore I assume it is

My dealer gave me the new VIN and VON and verified it is in my name as a sold order.
