Looking at a Rubicon 2dr 2.0 turbo with the 8 speed auto has cloth seats hard top navigation the cold weather package they have it listed at $49,210.00. Sale price $46,331.. I went in told them I get an inheritance check Wednesday would buy with cashiers check in 7 days when check clears. After Documents $450 tax $2779.96 3 license is $31. The total they want me to fork over is $ 49,591.86... think that's high for paying cash (cashiers check)

Dealers don’t care much about cash. They actually make more if you finance. I bought my rubicon several months ago. Msrp was 50 and some change. Got around 5100 off. There have been better deals than that, but it was good to me. I think there is still some room left in your deal. It just depends on how quick the dealer can sell it to someone else. In my experience, only a few dealers(relatively speaking) discount wranglers. Most know they can sell them for close msrp. I had one local dealer add 3k to every wrangler when they first came out and they were selling them as fast as they could get them. I bought mine not long after elsewhere.

That price should be more around 45k

JLR with tow, cold, led, freedom, and infotainment was 42.5k OTD

Way too high! I think it should be in the 43,500 range or a little lower, plus Tax, Title, and Doc. I would recommend sticking to a dealer in this thread: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/recommended-dealers-list.1227/

I would personally recommend Travis at Tri City in Eden, NC. The ones in the link above have been honoring 5-6% below invoice for a while now. My advice though....if someone doesn't get where you want to be on price (5-6% below invoice), I'd walk and get what options I wanted when orders open back up in a few weeks.

WAy too high you should get at a Minimum 10% off MSRP, but shoot for 12%

This is too high. I got my 2dr Rubicon out the door for significantly less than MSRP.
