I was crawling around under the rig today just checking things....Being relatively new to the Jeep world is this amount of play normal when manually articulating the links around the front suspension/steering?

Thanks for any useful input.

Yep, and seems this is the source of a loud clank/clunk when hitting speedbumps at certain angles at speed in my 2025 Willys.
If this is the case have it replace. But if they are stiff as in the video this is not your clank issue.
This is my cue to replace them when they start to clank on bump, but they are way looser than in the video.

@Pape I’ve checked whole front end and that’s only spot that makes noise when smacking it with deadblow hammer. All other links are a solid thud, no clank noise. It is not overly loose or terrible steering. I’ll replace it eventually probably with MetalCloak.

Many suspension links are ball joints. Rotational play on ball joints is normal. What you don't want to see is in & out play on the ball joint.

Usually you grab them by hand and if they rotate easy especially if you can make them clunk they are on their way out.
