Is this a leak and should I be concerned?

I noticed this like film of oil that seams to have come from near the main crank pulley? I don’t have any leaking of oil on the ground. I took some pictures. It’s kind of hard to take a clear shot with everything in the engine bay but hopefully you can make it out.
As you can see from the 2nd picture, it’s only on the front passenger side of the engine.
2020 JLUR 2.0 non etorque. 30,000 miles

Doesn’t look like its leaking now. Maybe oil dripped from a previous oil change and dirt stuck to it?
I guess that's possible. The oil filter is on the other side though and is accessed underneath. I don't see any trails from anything dripping from near the oil fill on the top either. One thought that crossed my mind was the crank seal leaking when the engine is under load/boost.

Here's a suggestion. Get a can of Brake Clean and clean it all off. Then watch it to see if it comes back. That way you can tell if it was not someone being sloppy with filling/checking the oil and got fluid all over the place.
